Finally, we will clean the masonry and smooth the joints. Our trainer thinks this is a good exercise for our future professional practice. Okay.
For this we need a joint trowel and a seam joint.
Peter has scraped the fugues with a joint trowel. I think it´s better to help him.
After that we can apply the grout.
It takes some practice to press the mortar into the joints. The joints must be completely filled, but the stones must not become soiled.
Voila, there's our corner. Now we are curious to see how our trainer will evaluate the brickwork.
