| Hazard of fire and smoke Fires can break out at anytime in a building. There are a variety of reasons for this:
Fire and smoke can spread in the building and threaten life and health of the residents. Fires cause damage to property and assets and often have devastating consequences for those affected. There are many tragical examples. The higher the likelihood of a fire starting and widely spreading, the higher the dangers.
