This chapter aims to present the situation to you. In this first phase, information research will take place through literature, internet content, videos, interviews, and so on.

Method of complete process

Complete process

Before trainees can start working on a task, they must have an idea of how they want to proceed.

According to the method of the complete process, this is done in three steps:

  • In a first step, trainees acquire the necessary specialist knowledge.
  • In the second step, they create a work plan.
  • In the third step, they discuss their work plan with the trainer

Creating an information basis

Information base

Whenever possible, trainees should work out information for themselves in order to complete a task. This presupposes that such information is available and available for training in the work process. If you do not want to search for suitable documents each time, you can specify a uniform system in which information is collected. This can be

  • a folder with documents for each task
  • a database on the intranet
  • a linklist on the Internet

Trainees can easily participate in this collection of documents.

Digital media

Digital media

Today, digital media are available everywhere in companies, making it possible to use these media for training close to the workplace. Digital media can be used to promote learning, particularly in preparation for the processing of tasks, and thus effectively relieve the burden on skilled workers who train.
